Our Story
Everyone has one...
Ivana & Sean moved to Tampa Bay Florida from New York in 2007. “We love the sun and the ocean, so moving to FL was a natural fit for us.” Sean holds an MBA from University of New York and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. Before starting their real estate journey, Sean worked as financial services manager, while Ivana worked in a dental field as a dental assistant. Thanks to her friendly and caring personality, Ivana quickly became an office manager and managed dental offices for years, before joining Sean as a full time realtor. “We saw real estate as an opportunity to help people and make friends along the way … and that’s how it all started.”

We’ve learned that most people feel the way we feel — in order to work with someone, one has to like them, trust them, and enjoy working with them. Our journey with a local non-profit home ownership organization that provides education, counseling, and housing opportunities for the first time home buyers started years ago when one of our first time home buyers told one of the Housing Counselors how much they appreciated us and how much we fought for them to secure the down payment financing and their first home. We received a call from one of the Housing Counselors who said “we want to meet you and work with you!”
We have been working together for a long time now, helping their clients navigate the home buying process and teaching the First Time Home Buyer classes. We love helping first time home buyers. We were first time home buyers ourselves, and we know how big of a step that is for most people.

We love working with buyers…There is so much excitement in looking for a home, whether it’s your first home, or not, your next rental or a flip. We approach every home hunt like we’re looking for our next home or investment. We would never advise any buyer or investor to buy a property we would not buy ourselves. If we see or find something we don’t like about the property, we’ll be that realtor that’s talking you out of buying it, not pushing you to make an offer. At the end of the day, you make the decisions, and we follow them, but we like to sleep good at night, have a clean heart and conscience, by doing the right thing and living an honest life.

We don’t just work with the buyers, we work with the sellers too….A LOT…and we enjoy is as much as working with the buyers. Selling a home is an exciting journey too!! And No…the highest offer is not necessary your best offer. There is so much more that goes into an offer than the price alone.
We’re also the type of realtors that will help you prepare your home for the market, give you staging advice, and coordinate and organize cleaning and and other services needed to show off your home’s full potential. We also do our own professional listing photos. Ivana has a gift for photography, and will capture your home in ways that will have you and the buyers both go WOW!!

We believe our ongoing education and making every client’s transaction personal is what gives us the power to make a difference. Besides holding a real estate Broker Associate license, we invest heavily into education and advancing our skills. We're not all business all the time...
We believe that life is a gift that should be cherished and lived to the fullest every day. We enjoy spending time with family and friends. We believe people in our lives are the biggest gift of all. We love to travel!! A lot! Travelling is amazing in so many ways! It gives us a chance to do things we’ve never done before, meet new people, eat different kinds of food, and experience different cultures.
We also workout four to five times a week hike a lot. There is nothing as relaxing and energizing like a 5 miles walk by the beach. Sean likes to read and listen to audiobooks, while Ivana finds joy in flowers and planting pineapples.
